Los Angeles Unified School District Sued Over Mandatory Vaccine, Digital Tracking Policy

(The Center Square) – California Educators for Medical Freedom, with assistance from the Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF), has sued the Los Angeles Unified School District over its mandatory vaccine policy and digital tracking system. Both violate federal law and basic human rights, the plaintiffs argue.

The second-largest school district in the U.S. is mandating that its employees be vaccinated as a condition of employment. The lawsuit claims the mandate is not only unconstitutional, but it is unethical and violates the most fundamental human rights laws.

Fully Vaccinated People Contract COVID-19

Over 100 fully vaccinated people contract COVID-19 in Washington state, officials say

Over 100 people in Washington state have tested positive for COVID-19 more than two weeks after becoming fully vaccinated against the disease, officials said.

At least eight people with breakthrough cases have been hospitalized.

The Washington State Department of Health said further investigation will help identify patterns among the breakthrough cases, such as if a variant of the novel coronavirus may have caused the infection.

On a side note:

Several European countries have temporarily suspended the use of the Astrajabs, including Denmark, Austria and Norwayas well as Thailand.

On March 16, Sweden became the latest country to suspend the AstraZeneca jab.

Anders Tegnell said the pause was a "temporary measure" until the European Medicines Agency (EMA) had completed an investigation into reports of people with severe blood clots.

Germany's vaccine regulator said nine people have died from a rare blood clot in the brain after taking the AstraZeneca AZN, -0.50% AZN, -0.58% coronavirus vaccine

Dysfunctional Seattle School District Adds Another Community Organizer to its Crazy Train Board

Seattle School Board votes unanimously to appoint Erin Dury to represent Ballard, Magnolia and Queen Anne schools

“I am honored and grateful to serve District IV and the Seattle Public Schools,” Dury said after the vote Wednesday. “I recognize the privilege and position of power this appointment has and know that true service will be shown through action and centering community voice, particularly those who historically and currently do not have the access to have their voice heard. I know there’s a lot of work to do and reconstruction to happen. … I am ready to do the work and I am here in service.”

Dury works at Ampersand Community, a nonprofit that consults with community organizations to embed anti-racist practices into their operational structures and management. She’s also served as the executive director of Oregon CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Network, where she helped develop policies and establish private, government and nonprofit partners for the organization.

Denise Juneau, Seattle School Superintendent, Resigning Earlier than Planned

“It makes sense for our students, families, teachers and staff to make this change in May,” said a statement from Juneau in the release. “I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished in the past few years and especially during this difficult year of so many adjustments due to the COVID pandemic.”

Seattle School Board president Chandra Hampson said the decision was “amiable” and “mutual.”

“There’s no juicy story,” said Hampson. “I wish Denise all the best.”

Talks around an earlier leadership transition began three weeks ago, according to Hampson. The earlier departure will allow Jones to have a more direct role in planning for summer school and fall, she said.

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — During a KUTV investigation into COVID-19 vaccine side effects and where to report them, we found four reported deaths, filed by Utah families and their caregivers to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Effects Reporting System.

One case stood out, a 39-year-old single mom from Ogden who died four days after her second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Her family, who is now waiting on an autopsy, held a celebration of life for her this past weekend.

Kassidi Kurill, by all accounts, was healthy, happy and “had more energy” than just about anyone else around her. Her family told 2News she had no known health problems or pre-existing conditions.
